1. About the Service

HandsFreeJobs provides a done-for-you job application service. Upon subscribing, our team researches suitable roles based on your intake form and submits tailored applications on your behalf using the email address you provide. We do not guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or employer responses.

2. What We Deliver

Each plan includes a set number of applications per month as stated at the time of purchase. Applications are tailored using your intake form, resume, and the specific job description. We begin work within 2 business days of receiving your completed intake form.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee strictly on the basis of our failure to deliver the agreed service, not on job search outcomes. A refund may be requested if:

  • We submitted fewer applications than your plan promises within 30 days of your intake form submission
  • We made clear and verifiable errors in your applications (wrong name, wrong role, factually incorrect information)
  • We did not begin work within the agreed timeframe

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Employers not responding to applications. This is outside our control.
  • Interview invitations you did not convert to job offers
  • Changing your mind about job hunting after work has begun
  • Roles being filled internally or taken off market
  • Your resume or background not meeting employer requirements
  • Dissatisfaction with response rates where the agreed number of applications was delivered

To request a refund, you must contact us at info@handsfreejobs.com within 30 days of your first payment, including your account email. We will provide an application log as evidence of work completed. Refunds are limited to one per customer.

4. Cancellation

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period. To cancel, email us or use the account portal.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information in your intake form and resume. You must monitor the email address submitted for applications and respond to employer communications promptly. HandsFreeJobs is not liable for missed opportunities due to unmonitored email accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

HandsFreeJobs is a service provider. We make no guarantee of employment, interview success, or salary outcome. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the month in which any dispute arises.

7. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data solely to deliver the service. Your resume, intake form data, and email address are used only for application submissions on your behalf. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of any material changes by email.
